It was a scorcher this past weekend, resulting in lots of (kiddie) pool time, frosty beverages, cranking air conditioners and hot, hot dogs.
Even when it is a miserable, sweltering, almost-hundred degree day, I am still thankful for my most favorite season. There's just something to be said for long days, warm nights, and growing plants.
